Our Process

We Make It Easy

We have experienced personnel standing by to walk your team
through the entire process or any area of your choice.

What is an organizational assessment?

An organizational assessment is a systematic look at the strengths and opportunities in your organization. A robust assessment will capitalize on principles of the scientific method to ensure validity of results.

What is the (HAS) process?

The HRTec Assessment System (HAS) is a full 8-step process for assessing your organization’s climate. This begins with a needs assessment to identify the scope and goals of the initiative. The needs assessment often informs the design of the climate survey and other evaluative tools. After all the data has been gathered, we will use statistical analysis and data visualization to identify key insights. These insights can help you identify achievable solutions. Our team can organize these achievable solutions into an action plan which outlines how you will initiate change. Lastly, we suggest conducting an after-action review for consolidation of your gains.

This means we can effectively link an assessment to key areas that, when identified and improved, will directly impact bottom line results.

Contact us to obtain additional information if your organization is looking to obtain support for all, or any individual area, of the HAS process.
