All-In@Work Survey

The All-In@Work Survey aids in tracking & improving organizational effectiveness!

At HRTec, we believe people thrive in workplaces that foster collaboration and engagement.

To assist organizations in fostering employee engagement and improving workplace dynamics, we developed a science-backed survey. The All-In@Work Survey aids in tracking and prioritizing organizational objectives by gauging employees’ experiences relating to Leadership Behaviors, Employee Voice, Employee Wellbeing, and Workplace Barriers.

Leadership

The alignment of leadership, from supervisors to top-level executives, with the organization’s core goals is crucial. By implementing fair and transparent practices, organizations can foster a strong sense of connection and trust among their members.

Voice

Encouraging employees to actively participate in organizational discussions, whether regarding tasks or general workplace matters, is essential. Fostering an environment where individuals feel safe to express their thoughts candidly to leaders and team members promotes authenticity and value, enhancing overall effectiveness.

Wellbeing

The personal experiences of employees at work directly influence their motivation to stay with the organization. Nurturing an environment of respect and care enhances the mental and physical well-being of team members, driving productivity and retention.

Workplace Barriers

Addressing workplace challenges such as unprofessional behavior, unfair treatment, or harmful interactions is essential for creating a supportive and productive environment. By identifying and mitigating issues like discrimination and harassment, organizations can enhance employee well-being, trust, and collaboration while ensuring compliance with workplace standards and regulations.

  • Assess the Current Environment

Objective metrics (e.g., performance ratings, hiring processes, and employee retention rates) can serve as a baseline to track progress over time as initiatives are implemented. Subjective metrics (e.g., survey data) should be gathered to answer questions such as:

    • Do employees feel supported by managers and teammates?
    • Are employees engaged and motivated in their roles?
    • Is the organization fostering professional growth and development for all employees?
    • Are there consistent perceptions across teams, or are improvements needed in certain areas?
  • Identify “Low-Risk, High-Impact Actions”

Identify “Low-Risk, High-Impact Actions” needed to enhance employee wellbeing, organizational climate, and overall effectiveness across job types and levels of leadership. Using data gathered from surveys and workplace feedback, consider the following questions as a starting point for identifying actionable insights:

    • What is the organization doing well to foster collaboration, trust, and employee engagement?
    • What changes can be made to the work environment to enhance employee effectiveness and wellbeing?
    • Are there any anticipated challenges that may hinder employee engagement, productivity, or retention?
    • What actions can the organization take to improve workplace dynamics and create a supportive environment for all employees?
