FEOCS provides a confidential, organization driven, survey focusing on issues of Equal Opportunity and Organizational Effectiveness and will provide insight into positive and negative factors that may impact workplace effectiveness and the overall Human Relations Climate.

Additionally, the FEOCS works in support of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Management Directive 715, which requires all Federal agencies to conduct a self-assessment on at least an annual basis to monitor progress and identify areas where barriers may operate to exclude certain groups.
